Anna...a separate scraps file is a great idea. Thanks for suggesting it. I can see that your scraps file would be a good source for reference materials on your characters, plot development, and other notes that might be useful later.</description>

		<description>I also use the copy-paste method and keep it all in a file called &#039;scraps&#039;! It is somehow less traumatic to move things there than to permanently delete them, and thus makes it easier for me to be a harsher editor.

Writing fiction, my scraps are full of irrelevant information, character asides and whatnot: all the things that I as the creater of that character need to know, but isn&#039;t really central to the plot.</description>
